Another Berkeley Community Landmark Reopened

While not entirely comparable to  Berkeley Iceland, it is always good to see a community treasure get another chance.  I noticed the "new" Elmwood Cafe while riding down College the other day and thought it looked great.  While not the original Ozzie's, there is a new use for a great building.  They also managed to expand the neighboring Mrs. Dalloways's excellent bookstore into part of the old Elmwood Pharmacy space.     The SF Chronicle had a nice article on the new venture. We hope Berkeley Iceland can achieve the same results in the near future.
